Sally Parsloe


Sally has been a Family Solicitor since 1988, covering all aspects of the law relating to families. She is committed to resolving issues in a positive, cost-effective manner.

She has wide experience of:

  • All Financial aspects of Divorce and separation
  • Pre / Post Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements
  • Arrangements for Children, including International relocation of children

Sally has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and has represented children in court proceedings for thirty years. She was a consultant to the CAFCASS High Court Legal Team. She is a member of Resolution.

She joined Black Graf LLP in 2015 from Hodge Jones and Allen LLP, where she was a partner in the Family Team.

Sally is an experienced Family Mediator, qualified to consult with children in the mediation process. She has been mediating from 1999. She is able to provide Mediation Intake Assessment Meetings. She is committed to working impartially to help couples reach mutually acceptable solutions without the intervention of the court process.

Sally is a qualified psychotherapist and a member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists. She is the Secretary of the Critical Psychotherapy Network.

Sally has published articles in the Resolution Review (on integration of modalities for the Family Client), in the European Journal of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and in Self and Society.

She has lectured on Anxiety, The Death of Love, Working with Domestic Abuse, Anger in the Mediation Room, and Psychotherapy for Solicitors.

She has led support groups for a voluntary organisation working with people estranged from family
